Zaxby's cobb salad w/ grilled chicken weight watchers points. The cabbage, carrot, and pork filling is the salad, and the wrappers (baked until crispy and broken into pieces) are the croutons.

Roll egg between hands to loosen shell. But any small eight inch teflon coated pan will do. Fill and roll the egg roll wrappers, using 1 tablespoon of filling for each roll. This salad cures my craving for egg rolls without the frustration of rolling and deep frying.
